For this week's listening activity, we shall listen to a conversation entitled "A Healthy Lifestyle" at Randall's ESL Cyber Listening Lab.

Step 2:  Scroll down to General Listening Quizzes and choose Medium column the topic “A Healthy Lifestyle”

Step 3: 

Do all the activities in Part II (Listening Exercises)  and Part III (Vocabulary Activities – all 4 )

Step 4:

At the end of each activity, press PrntScn and paste the screen capture onto a Microsoft Word file.

There should be altogether 5 screen captures for the 5 activities.

Name the file as follows
